As founder and CEO, I’d like to welcome all of you to our company’s annual meeting.(80)I’d like to begin today’s meeting by introducing our new Chief Financial Officer, Amanda Bell. Amanda has worked here at HSA Corporation for almost 10 years.(81)She most recently held the position of head controller in the accounting department.(82)Amanda’s immediate focus will be our upcoming merger with Jesper Finance Co. which is set for March.
