    You didn’t say how many diaries you need. I assume you need the normal four And are you sure you want 100 envelopes as usual? I’ve noticed your department has been using them up quite quickly. Also, you ordered 50 red pens this month - and the same last month. Is this a mistake? Sheila
Dear Sheila
   Thanks for your fax. The normal number of diaries will be fine. And could you double our usual number of envelopes? You’re right - I did make a mistake. It should be BLUE pens. If there are any problems, just call me or Paula Knight. Moira
