    Job-hopping, or frequent changes of jobs, has become nothing unusual in today’s China. Unlike the employees in the past who preferred to stay in the same jobs for many years, now people, especially the young working in big cities, tend to change jobs very frequently.
    Why? With the economic boom, there are more opportunities for employment. So some tend to change their jobs whenever chances calls in the hope the new jobs might offer them higher salaries, better working conditions and more interesting positions. Some others, the young in particular, choose to change their jobs for variety. For them, doing the same work for too long a time may kill their creativity. So they hop from job to job to keep their desire for working in animation. Still others change their jobs just for the challenge a new position offers.
    I think it is a good thing for the workforce to be flexible, for the mobility will set the whole society in motion, which will undoubtedly push the country to further development. Nevertheless, too frequent job-hopping prevents people from gaining valuable experience, an asset for personal development.
