问题     本届论坛直接服务于进博会的总体目标，紧扣当前国际国内经贸发展的新趋势和新变化，体现开放发展新理念，着眼于推进开放、包容、普惠、平衡、共赢的经济全球化和构建开放型世界经济，促进全球贸易增长。
    本届论坛由开幕式、三场平行论坛、国际财经媒体和智库论坛组成，论坛开幕式也是进博会的开幕式。论坛主题为“激发全球贸易新活力，共创开放共赢新格局”；三场平行论坛分别以“贸易与开放”“贸易与创新”“贸易与投资”作为议题，重点就推进贸易投资自由化便利化，构建开放型世界经济，通过发展服务贸易、数字经济、电子商务等推动贸易创新增长，挖掘增长新动力以及促进贸易投资互动和可持续发展等内容进行讨论。
    三场平行论坛的观众共计2400多名，包括有关国家和地区政府代表团、国际组织、参展商、采购商以及其他相关企业代表。

答案     This forum directly served the overall objective of the Expo and focused on the theme of new trends and changes in economic development at home and abroad. Based on the philosophy of inclusive development, it aimed at making economic globalization more open, inclusive, balanced and beneficial for all, building an open world economy and prompting global trade growth.
    The Forum consisted of an opening ceremony, also the opening session of the CUE, three parallel forums, International Business Media and Think Tank Forum, themed on "spurring new vitality of global trade and creating an open and win-win scenario". The three parallel forums focused on the topics of "trade and opening" "trade and innovation" and "trade and investment". Discussions were held around the promotion of trade and investment liberalization and facilitation, the construction of an open world economy, and the boosting of trade innovation growth with trade in services, the digital economy and e-commerce. Moreover, new impetus of economic growth, constructive interaction between trade and investment and sustainable development were also among the topics.
    The three forums attracted more than 2,400 visitors, including delegations at national and regional levels, international organizations, exhibitors, purchasers and other business representatives.
