A court in Belgium has sentenced the conviEted paedphile Marc Dutroux to life imprisonment. Last week, Dutroux was found guilty of kidnapping and raping six girls, killing two of them and causing the death of two others. His ex-wife Michelle Martin who was convicted of kidnapping and rape received thirty years. The verdicts bring to an end a legal process which began eight years ago and caused outrage in the country.
