President Fidel Castro holds talks today with Canadian Prime Minister Jean Chretien in Havana.  Mr. Chretien is expected to urge Mr. Castro to release four dissidents from jail. Canadian officials say Mr. Chrtien will also make a general appeal for the release of more than 300 other political prisoners in Cuba. Mr. Chretien is the first Canadian leader to visit Cuba in more than 20 years. He arrived in Havana yesterday.
