He can adapt to the changing situation easily and overcome the difficulties lying ahead. Whereas, an unhealthy student may loses his ability to deal with so many tasks. When iii, he cannot concentrate on his study and can only cling close to the doctors. In a word, it is very hard for students to study well without good health.
    Considering the great importance of good health, actions should be done to keep them healthy. Doing sports persistently is a good way to help students keep healthy. Physical exercises can increase the circulation, appetite and digestion. Since sports can result in good health, students should spare some time for sports every day no matter how busy they are.
