Suburbs usually have better surroundings than urban areas, so companies can provide their employees with a better office environment and living condition there, which would enhance employees’ enthusiasm for work.
Migrating some businesses to rural areas will make our cities a better place to live in. If businesses relocate their factories to rural areas, these places can be used to build roads, parks, hospitals and other public facilities.
The pressure of urban areas will be alleviated greatly. If the companies they work for were moved to suburban areas, many employees would choose to follow their companies. Then, the population in urban areas will be smaller and subsequently there will be fewer vehicles and housing buyers.

    Under the encouragement of the government to alleviate the traffic and accommodation pressure as well as beautify the environment in cities, it is prevalent that enterprises migrate to rural districts. Despite of these advantages, many opponents claim that it may also bring a series of problems, such as the rise of transportation cost, the damage of the rural ecosystem environment and the loss of farmland.
    From my own perspective, companies and factories should move to countryside, which can promote the development of rural areas. To begin with, me migration can greatly improve the economic situation in countryside, speeding up me construction of local infrastructure as well as the prosperity of the tertiary industry mere. Moreover, the living conditions of local people will be enhanced since more employment opportunities will be offered to them. In addition, me rural education can obtain further development because lots of new technologies and latest knowledge will be introduced into me countryside accordingly.
    To sum up, it is advisable that the government should encourage some companies to move out of cities, the advantages of which will definitely outweigh the disadvantages if the government carries out this suggestion with a long-term vision to maintain sustainable development in rural areas.
