The Importance of Daily Exercise
We are living in a competitive society, where pressure is mounting. To make a living, many people squeeze the valuable time to excel at their work. While they are committed to work, they neglect the importance of daily exercise.
First of all, daily exercise can keep us healthy. If we stay in the office all day long, it is better that we spend half an hour jogging. This would relax the tension in our spinal cord. Daily exercise also facilitates the metabolism in our body and speeds up the blood cycle. Besides, after one long day’s work, our mind gets tired. It is helpful to exercise to get our body tired because this will lead to a sound sleep, which reenergizes our body and mind. Secondly, daily exercise provides an option to be temporarily away from the work at hand. It is not uncommon that we are stuck in a certain project or experience brain drain at a certain point. If we go out and stretch our limbs and do some sports, our mind is relaxed and we might have an "eureka" moment incidentally.
In conclusion, daily exercise is beneficial to our physical health and it is also helpful in relaxing our mind to come up with great ideas.
