W: James, here is the agenda for the staff meeting.
M: Oh, I thought it started at 3:30 pm.
W: Yes, it usually does. But I’ve got an appointment with Joe Harrison at 3:00 o’ clock pm. And it is likely we’ll talk for at least an hour. So I thought 4: 30 pm is a better time.
