I am writing for the Schools Association which meet【M1】_________
every two weeks for a meal at your restaurant.
We were very disappointing with the last meal we had.【M2】_________
The food was cold, and was not what we have ordered.【M3】_________
I made the booking myself, and I asked about pumpkin soup【M4】_________

The person took my booking said that menu was available.【M6】_________

When I asked to see the manager, the waiter said that there

I insisted, and refused to tell me his name.Later we found【M9】_________
the name "Tom" on the bill.We do not wish to return to your
restaurant since there are changes made.Please advise me if you【M10】_________
will be able to return to your previous good menus, provide food as
ordered, and teach courtesy to your staff.
