I attempted to return it to your store. However, your staff refused to accept the return because it had the operating system installed on it. But no return policy can be found on the receipt, nor has anyone informed me that I cannot return the computer if I have installed an operating system.
Additionally, your staff at this store was very rude when refusing the return and refused to let me speak to the store manager.
I request you accept the return or refund the money back to me. A copy of the receipt is attached (including your stated terms and conditions for a return).
