    With the arrival of 21st century, our society is increasingly characterized with rapid pace, and people in such a society have to cope with much more pressure than ever. For my own part, I would say that the most difficult and necessary thing for us to manage in this era is to keep a good mood under whatever circumstances.
    It is true that there is a lot of pressure in modern life, but it is also pleasing and agreeable. Since a bad mood is likely to worsen rather than to ease the situation, we have every reason to believe that every one of us should keep a good mood and not lose our temper when caught in an unfavorable situation, such as scolded or even unfairly treated by the boss. Besides, no one is pleased to work with persons who are sorrowful, depressed or blue all day. A frequent had mood is a deadly obstacle in promotion or good work relationship. Moreover, it is especially important for such people as parents or teachers to keep a good mood, for they are the models of their children or students, whose sound and healthy growth requires a harmonious living and learning atmosphere.
