答案     Just as an old Chinese saying goes that there are masters in every walk of life, a person can be equally successful either working for others or being self-employed. However, different people prefer different working styles.
    Some people vote for self-employment as it allows them to manage their business as they like. Instead of getting bossed around, they can make decisions independently. Nevertheless, a quite large number of people actually stand on the opposite side. They are content enough to work for others as this means less responsibilities and risks. However independent self-employed people can be, the responsibilities and risks falling on their shoulders can’t be ignored or underestimated. People working for others, fortunately, only need to answer for their job and face far less risks.
    As for me, people should choose to work for others for a while before deciding whether to start a business or not. In this way, they can not only accumulate experience and capital, but also have a thorough knowledge about how to run a business. With such fortune, they will have a better chance at their own business later when they choose to start one.
