答案     As is known to all, human health consists of two aspects—physical and mental health, both of which are important to a college student. However, it is particularly worrying that nowadays some college students are not quite mentally healthy. Increasing cases of suicide on campus reveal the importance of mental health.
    In my view, colleges and universities have great responsibility to ensure students’ mental health in their campus life. Firstly, the authorities concerned should enhance the awareness that mental health is important to students. Secondly, relevant courses and activities should be introduced to students so that they can learn to maintain and improve their mental health. Thirdly, psychological counselling hotlines or offices should be provided for students to turn to when they need psychological aid.
    But schools alone cannot ensure the final success in improving students’ mental health. Students should also take an active part in helping themselves. They should learn to be patient, understanding, and cooperative, and spend more efforts doing more meaningful things, such as study and sports.
