   It seems indisputable that everyone has good habits as well as bad habits. Good habits show that we have a sound mind and win successes for us, while those with bad habits can hardly accomplish a great deal. That’s what we can learn from the saying: It’s important to develop a good habit.
   Take getting up as an example. The habit of early rising benefits us in many ways. First, it keeps us fit by breathing the freshest air in the morning. Second, to a large extent, it improves the efficiency of work or study. The fresh air and quietness in the morning make you think more quickly than any other time of the day and memorize what you have learned easily. Third, it enables us to plan for a day’s work ahead, as we cannot work well without a proper plan. Early rising can also give us enough time to get ready for our work.
   Just as the famous saying goes, " Habit is a second nature. " Developing a good habit can bring us many benefits and is one of the crucial elements to success.
