答案     According to the chart, we clearly learn that there has been a rapid rise in nanny theft. As early as in 2010. the percentage of nanny theft was only 6.9% among the all the theft crimes committed by women. Then in 2011. it increased to 9.3%, and by 2012, the percentage had reached to 14.8%, more than twice of that in 2010.(描述图表段)
    Then why is the nanny theft rate on the rise? Firstly, it is because more and more women who are less educated and non-skilled choose to be nannies. Sometimes, the nanny thieves were not aware what they were doing even after they had broken the law. Secondly, some of the nanny thieves were born in poor families, and when they found how superior the employers’ life is to theirs, they may probably feel unfair and steal for retaliation. Thirdly, the negligence of management of the household service companies is also to be blamed. (说明原因段).
    As far as I am concerned, there are some methods that can be taken to lower the nanny theft rate. For one thing, the household service company should enhance the supervision of the nannies. For another, the employers should not leave their possessions about. To conclude, it needs our mutual effort to prevent nanny theft.(阐述观点段)
