    Nowadays, with the increasing pace of modern life, people are encumbered with many changes of different aspects in life, such as education, career, and so on. Therefore, keeping a positive attitude towards these changes is, without dispute, highly essential, which can help people overcome numbers of difficulties in life. Just as the remark goes, "To an optimist, every change is a change for the better."
    Maintaining a positive attitude is advantageous to our physical and mental health. As a proverb goes, "A cheerful heart is the best medicine to one’s mind and body. " Research also shows that people who always keep a positive attitude are much happier and healthier than those who often feel depressed. Taking patients for example, patients who hold an optimistic attitude to their illness have a greater chance to recover than those who always feel blue.
    All in all, if we choose a positive attitude towards the difficulties and challenges in life, we’ll feel easy and relaxed. On the contrary, if we choose a negative attitude, we will definitely feel more exhausted, and suffer much more pressure.
