W: OK. Well, we run quite a few different short courses. Um, tell me about your situation.
M: (8)Well, I think I really need some help in preparing for the coming semester, especially to build up my confidence a bit and help me study effectively because, (9)you see, I’ve been out in the workforce for nearly twenty years till now, so it is really a long time since I was last a student.
