答案     My bike is very important and useful for me. 1 use it mainly to ride to and from school each day and I also ride it some weekends if I go to the countryside. As I only live a short distance from my school, it doesn’t tire me out and sometimes it’s faster than going by car because of the traffic jams. On a bike, it’s easy to wind in and out of the traffic. Of course, there is the problem of breathing in the fumes from the idling cars. My bike was originally blue, but much of the paint has come off and it is quite dirty. I don’t mind that because it is far less likely to get stolen if it looks old. Even though the bike looks to be in bad condition, I keep the brakes and tyres in the best condition I can. I also have a small basket on the front, which I use to carry books or shopping.
