　　He was among the best students in class not only because he often scored high scores, but also for his charisma. Our major was financial management, and everyone in the class dreamed about becoming a CFO or a financial consultant or a banker after graduation. Jason was no exception. His family wasn’t very wealthy, so he studied hard to pursue a better life. He was a man of vision. He had his life all planned out in three years, five years or even ten years. More importantly, he was a determined and perseverant person who would work very hard until his goals were met.
　　I didn’t know him so well at first, but I got to see more about how capable he was through a business project. It’s part of our graduation requirement and the whole class needed to work together. Jason was elected the project manager and I was his assistant. Jason designed a wonderful business plan with his rich financial knowledge and keen business insight. He visited many corporations to promote the plan and get sponsorship. His eloquence had won investment from many companies, as well as the trust of the whole class.
　　The project was successful and the whole class graduated smoothly. Everyone in the class admired Jason, because he didn’t just sit there and wait for his dream to come true. Instead, he took action to realize it. After graduation Jason started as consultant for a few investment banks and soon established his own company. He is now a very successful, businessman and yet he still treats people as always, with respect and sincerity, because he knows very well that big success doesn’t merely rely on one man’s talent, but also on a team’s joint effort. So he can keep the loyalty of his employees.
