I’ve visited many tourist spots and stayed in a number of hotels, and the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in my life is the Eastern Hotel, which is in Bangladesh. The hotel is a twenty-storey building with a fountain on its front gate, and you have to climb the stairs to get to its lobby. It looks like an ancient temple with plenty of columns and arches.
I went there last summer to attend a seminar. It’s a luxurious hotel with all modern amenities including a swimming pool, a tennis court and a gym etc. Its services are up to the mark and its accommodation appears to be one of the greatest. The hotel is always crowded with visitors and most of them are from different countries. Our seminar was held in the hotel meeting room. And its ambience was quite outstanding. To be honest, they’ve decorated this room very tastefully, especially the large and gorgeous paintings hanging on the walls.
I stayed there for about a week. I was quite satisfied with everything. The first thing was that I could find Wi-Fi signal in the entire building and use the internet for free. Besides, the food was yummy. They provided all kinds of food, but most often, I ate the local food because you can’t find it somewhere else. The services I received from the professional staff were remarkable. In fact, it’s a three-star hotel, so, at first, I was a bit nervous about the costs. However, when I arrived, I found that the price of a room was quite reasonable. So, you can see I can still remember the hotel because I have truly enjoyed my stay there.
