答案 　　The first and most significant decision I made in my adulthood was the one that I decided to move out of my parents’ house and live independently upon college graduation. I was 22 then, and like other graduates, I found my first job in a company in my hometown, rented a department with my friends in town and started a new life. It was the first time that I was able to support myself.
　　At first my parents were against this idea, saying it was financially disadvantaged and unnecessary. Since I went to college in my hometown, comparing with other students, I spent less time living in dormitory. I used to enjoy the opportunity of going back home, but gradually, I noticed that I might lose lots of time bonding with my peers as well as the chance to deal with daily problems on my own. As a result, despite my parents’ doubt and financial burden, I moved into a shared apartment with my college friends.
　　At the beginning of my new life, problems came up every day. Things as easy as having a lunch suddenly became inconvenient without mom’s cooking for me. I didn’t even know how to pay all kinds of bills or fix a broken lamp without dad’s help. But time has proven that it was a right decision.  Through my effort and some help from friends, I solved the problems one by one. Today, I’m still thankful to have made this decision that leads me to a new life with more freedom and fun.
