中国和欧盟是世界上重要的经济体，肩负着保障能源安全和维护世界能源市场稳定的责任。由于中国和欧盟国家能源消费对外依存度较高，需要深化双方在多元发展能源方面的合作。中欧应加强能源战略制定和实施的经验交流，共同构筑安全、稳定、经济、清洁的能源产业体系。
   中欧能源合作已有良好基础，政府间能源交流合作机制不断完善，企业间能源合作日趋活跃。在复杂多变的国际形势下，中欧双方应强化政策协调，推动构建公开高效、公平竞争的国际能源市场，促进形成合理的能源价格体系，努力实现世界能源可持续发展。

The high dependency of China and EU countries on external energy supply raises the need for closer cooperation in diversifying energy sources.    China-EU energy cooperation already has a good foundation.
