   All the staff of Guangzhou Trading Co., Ltd. have long admired your excellent research activities and would enjoy learning more about your work. We would like to invite you to speak at the opening session of our annual seminar on Sales Promotion to be held at White Cloud Hotel on August 8th at 2:00 p. m.
   Since this seminar runs sixty minutes, a fifty minute address followed by a ten minute question and answer period would be ideal
   About fifty persons are expected to attend, most of them being sales managers and others with backgrounds in marketing.
   We do hope you can join us on August 8th.
   I would appreciate having your reply by August 6th so that we can finalize our program.
