[4] For another thing, an authentic apology means the wrongdoers learn to [6] shoulder responsibility for the harm they have done and reaffirm the value of rules and obligations.
    [7] Therefore, it’s important for us to learn to apologize once the mistakes are made. [8] On the one hand, we should earnestly reflect on our mistakes. [8] On the other hand, sincerity is a necessity when apologies are made.
