The reasons why people ought to eat healthy are as follow. For one thing, as its name suggests, junk food fails to provide nutrition and harms health, for it contains much fat and calories. There is an old saying, "you are what you eat" , indicating fitness can’t do without fresh ingredients. For another, a good eating habit is the basis of health whereas health is the guarantee of one’ s happiness. In fact, people who suffer from poor habits tend to be in bad mood compared with those who eat healthy.
    As far as I’ m concerned, we should be aware of the significance of a balanced, healthy diet, which is really vital for all, and keep it on so as to build strong bodies.
