答案     In modern society, the sponsorship fee is charged in quite a few high and elementary schools, even kindergartens. Obviously, it brings about a series of social problems. What’s worse, those who refuse to render the payment may be deprived of the right to enter the school they apply for.(描述问题段)
    It is very clear that the charge of the sponsorship fee chiefly affects the society in two aspects. First of all, as we believe, everyone is born equal. However, charging the sponsorship fee may raise a seeming discrimination between the rich and the poor, which may lead to the instability of the whole society. Those who can’t afford the fee will be left behind and end up in poverty. Even worse, there’s not a chance for them to turn the corner.
    Therefore, it is urgent to come up with a method to end this. First, the government should enact regulations to impose on schools. What’s more, the parents should firmly reject the discrimination and fight for their rights with law. Only through the efforts from both parties can the unfairness be eliminated.(说明方法段)
