答案     With the development of mass media, deceptive advertising has been increasingly prevalent in our life. It’s not uncommon to see deceptive advertising that exaggerates the effect of medicines and cosmetics on TV or in the newspaper. It cheats the consumers and causes disturbances to the society.
    In view of the seriousness of this problem, I strongly suggest that effective measures should be taken right away. Firstly, the government should issue strict laws and regulations in order to ban those deceptive advertisements. Secondly, it is high time that celebrities who are often the spokesmen of advertising realized they should not agree to advertise for any product without having used the product. Thirdly, relevant organizations should set higher standards to supervise the advertising industry.
    If the three sides mentioned above work together, I believe we could safely come to the conclusion that we can put an end to deceptive advertising. What’s more, as long as everyone makes great efforts, the advertising industry will develop healthily and harmoniously.
