    From the picture, we can see that there’s a balance with its left side standing for schools in remote mountainous areas and its right side referring to schools in cities. The level of the balance represents strategies of equal access to education. How to ensure an equal access to education? Obviously, it is the strategies that can bridge the gaps between schools of mountainous and urban areas.
    Equal access to education boosts harmony and the development of society in the course of building a harmonious society. Equal access to education is a target for our country’s education policies, which aims at ensuring an equal opportunity for all to receive education of equal quality.
    But in reality, with differences in teaching buildings, school environment, equipment and teachers’ quality of the public schools, education equality problem comes to be sharp and the gaps of the education are big. How to bridge the gaps between schools of mountainous and urban areas? From my perspective, our governments at various levels should spare no effort to increase the investment in schools of remote rural areas and set up the teacher training platforms. These are all powerful and effective measures of realizing the fairness in education.
