   Nowadays, immoral behaviors can still be seen from time to time in public. We can sometimes hear people talk loudly in the library, or find someone smoke in non-smoking areas. We can even come across people throwing rubbish here and there on the street. All these behaviors form a sharp contrast to the progress we have achieved in civilization.
   Immoral behaviors in public may cause a series of problems. One is that it may lessen our sense of social responsibility. We will ignore other people’s rights and feelings, and in turn, we will aim he neglected in some way. Furthermore, immoral behaviors disturb the well-balanced order of society. Therefore, they do harm to the harmony of human relations.
   Social behavior is a fundamental standard to judge the progress of a society in civilization. In order to live comfortably in society we have to fight against immoral behaviors. I suggest that education as to what is proper social behavior should be carried out. Meanwhile, those who commit immoral behaviors must be punished. In doing so, we will surely make our world more enjoyable and pleasant.
