Besides, ignorance of traffic rules is so popular that one may find himself the only person to wait for the green light while the majority of people will go straight ahead even when the red light is glaring.
    That is a big problem in cities since a modern city needs not only skyscrapers, but also civilization in its people. If all people are willing to comply with traffic rules, our country will be a much safer place to live on.
