     (2) The reason for this phenomenon can be accounted from the following two aspects. On the one hand, the Internet slang is very interesting. It can make the chatting online more funny, which can attract others’ attention. On the other hand, the Internet slang can improve the efficiency of online chatting. However, it has great influenced students’ learning, especially teenagers’ language development. (3) The overuse of the Internet slang will lead to the lack of proper pronunciation, grammar and numerous misspellings in writing. Some teenagers even use them in essay writing.
     (4) From my point of view, the Internet slang can mislead students’ learning, which will hinder their future development. We can use the Internet for fun, but we cannot apply it to the formal language. Therefore, for the sake of their future, teenagers had better refrain from the Internet slang.
