An Indonesia ferry packed with hundreds of refugees escaping violence in the troubled Spice Island, sank yesterday. And it was not clear whether anyone has survived, rescue official said. Official said the ship had a capacity of 200 passengers. But around 500 had been on board after hundreds of refugees forced their way on to the ship on the Island of Halmahera, seeing of bloody religious violence this month. There were about 198 passengers before on top of around 290 people crowding into the boat. Selamen, head of the search and rescue team in the north of Celebes capital of Manado told the reporters.
