    Nowadays, job-hopping has become a hot topic anions the public. People hold different views about job-hopping. Some people tend to find a steady job and do not change it for the rest of their life because they believe the longer they work in a particular field, the more competent and skillful they will be. These people usually turn out to be achievers.
    However, others hold a different opinion and they are inclined to change their jobs frequently. They regard job-hopping as a stimulating experience and will never feel satisfied with their present situation.
    As far as I am concerned, I prefer to stick with one satisfactory job, devote myself to it, and endeavor to become an expert. Only in this way can we get to know something profound and professional in a particular field and derive great joy from our achievements. Moreover, having more chances to work and communicate with the same colleagues can help us promote mutual understanding and find our genuine friends in life.
