I am writing to you in connection with the 1,000 boxes of pens we bought from your company on 17th Oct. Unfortunately, we found that some of them leaked and wrote with missing ink during Commodity Inspection.
During the inspection process the next day, we spot-checked 150 boxes, each selecting one pen to give it a trial, and the findings are very surprising. Inconceivably, 60% of the pens we checked are either leaking or writing with missing ink.
We phoned your company the minute we found the problem, but your company didn’t give us a very satisfying reply, nor did you offer to replace them with good-quality ones right then. That affected us badly as we had received some orders from our customers and charged deposit on some of them. If we can’t send them the prescribed goods in time, we will suffer great loss as well as harm to our credit.
