I would like to describe my geography teacher in high school, who has greatly influenced my education. He taught geography and he was the head teacher of my class in my high school. He looked very serious and seldom smiled to us, so we were afraid of him. But we all respected him very much because he often told us how to study not only geography but also other subjects.
I think he was very special because even though he taught geography, he helped me improve my math. I was not good at math back then. As the head teacher, he was very worried about this and talked to me about it for several times. He told me to redo all my wrong answers in my math exam papers and write them down in a notebook. I followed this advice and found that my math has been greatly improved to the top of the class. He was very happy and praised me in front of all the classmates. I was very happy as well because I have conquered this difficulty and I was very grateful to him.
I think the way he taught and the way he treated students is very thoughtful. He really cares about students and their future. This care leads him not only to finish his own work but also helping students in all aspects. I am grateful to him so in the teacher’s day every year, I would send him my greetings in a text message.
