答案
Given the choice, I’d have to say the latter is better. For starters, food that is already prepared will be much more expensive. Considering the increasing labor cost and delivery cost, this is, reasonable, no doubt. So preparing food on our own saves us more money. In addition, it’s a healthier way of life. Food prepared outside can contain too many additives and preservatives sometimes. And those substances can be harmful to our body in the long run. Finally, for some occasions, making our own meals can be meaningful. For example, a lovely self-prepared meal in an anniversary can show our loving gesture to those whom we love. So I think preparing food ourselves is better than getting processed food.
