    With the rapid popularization of stock market investment, many college students start to get involved and even many stock brokers and agents promote their business on campus. As a student, I think it has both advantages and disadvantages.
    It is always my belief that everything happens for a reason, and college students’ enthusiasm about the stock market investment is of no exception . What happens on campus is only a reflection of the society, and we cannot view college students as isolated islands , free from the social influence. And when thinking about the educational value of this practice, we have to admit that personal finance and fundamental mechanism about investment have become the necessities for a modern man’s knowledge structure. However, we also have to keep in mind that the bottom line remains that nothing should stand in the way of students’ academic pursuit. If some students are checking the stock market information while having lectures, and if some miss their deadlines for an assignment because they are busy buying or selling their stocks, it is time to stop.
    All in all, we can not simply put a positive or negative label on college students’ stock market investment. What they need is not only approvals or disapprovals by educators, but also the education, guidance as well as supervision.
