        Several factors could contribute to this tendency.In the first place, with the quickening pace of urban life and ever-increasing pressure, people in growing numbers are suffering from either physical or mental problems.Thus, gymnasiums in mounting numbers have been built by the departments concerned to meet people’s demands.In the second place, there is a universal desire for health among people.Used for various indoor sports and exercise, and usually equipped with fitness equipment, gymnasiums have attracted more and more people.
        As far as 1 am concerned, I have a strong interest in yoga.An hour’ s exercise every day often makes me feel more vigorous.Besides, I neither smoke nor drink.I keep a balanced diet, and go to bed before 11 o’clock at night, because I believe burning the midnight oil is harmful.More importantly, an optimistic attitude towards life makes me confident and persistent.To sum up, all these practices guarantee me good health and a happy life.
