答案     In recent decades, with the development of modernization and urbanization of China, more and more farmers have flooded into urban areas, which arouses a problem: many migrant children are faced with the difficulty in getting good education.
    The reasons of this problem are listed below. Firstly, the rigid household registration system differentiates these children from their city peers. Children of migrant workers are often rejected by some public schools in cities because they are not city residents. Secondly, although there are some private schools for migrant children, the poor school condition, the lack of equipment and the shortage of teachers make these children not able to receive good education.
    In my opinion, the central government should reform the household registration system to guarantee the migrant children’s access to public schools in cities. Besides, it’s necessary for local governments to allocate more budgets to private education for migrant children. With these measures, I believe these migrant children can get good education one day.
