答案    Traffic problems have long been viewed as a big headache for citizens in big cities of China, for that car ownership has been increasing dramatically in recent years. Almost every day in daily life, citizens are upset about various traffic problems, such as limited parking lots, horn noises, conflicts between drivers, and serious accidents. It’s reported that, in rush hours especially on national holidays, endless cars get stuck on city roads and highways. As a result, the whole city seems like a huge parking lot.
   In some big cities, driving restrictions therefore are put forward to solve traffic problems. By implementing driving restrictions, private cars on roads can be reduced by half, which is bound to decrease the stress of heavy traffic.
   For my part, driving restrictions can be effective, but it is not the only way out. If car ownership increases continuously, this policy will have limited effects. So the government should seek for solutions to address traffic problems. To perfect present road designs, better public transport system, encourage green and environmental-friendly vehicles, will all benefit a lot for solving traffic problems.
   In the end, citizens ought to enhance their awareness and responsibility for city traffic. Thus, living in big cities and striving for their career will be bright dreams of younger generations.
