suddenly. We skidded and went off the road into a ditch! It was pretty
scary, and we were lucky and none of us were hurt. We got out of the car,        【M6】________
and my mother called for help on her mobile phone. While we were
waiting for help it stopped snow and we sang lots of songs to keep               【M7】________
ourselves cheerfully. Eventually the truck came and pulled our car out           【M8】________
of the ditch. The car wasn’t badly damaged, but we decided to return             【M9】________
round and go home. We didn’t manage to see our grandmother that
